Recommended Books

This is where I plan to put all of the books I read and that I highly recommend for others to read.  No, these will not contain fictional books, but if one appears to slip in here, then you are welcome. 😀 I don’t spend my time reading “unreal” storys; I prefer to spend the little free time I do have (this means getting through one book will not be a speedy process) reading books worth reading (like biblio/autobiographies, political, economic, and government writings, history, worldviews, etc…) because, guess what! I learn something from them. =D

Let me confess something with you now… I have books I have started with bookmarks in them. These are the ones I have started, put down, picked up another, put that one down too, and repeated this cycle. However, no fear! I do intend to finish them. When? Only God really knows.

Here begins my list (of only books I have read. And this will grow. Maybe this will keep me accountable to read entire books more often):

1) My Grandfather’s Son: A Memoir by Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas (Autobiography)

;

;

;

;2) Glenn Beck’s Common Sense: The Case Against an Out-of-Control Government, Inspired by Thomas Paine by Glenn Beck (Politics and Government)

;3) Animal Farm by George Orwell (Political) a classic

4) Unplanned by Abby Johnson (Planned Parenthood and the Abortion issue)
